Craig has been in banking for 35+ years and has been an asset to Wells Bank since he came aboard. Craig has a knack for building solid, long-term relationships with his customers and welcomes any opportunity to get to know his customers and earn their business. Craig enjoys participating in community events and helping where he can. One of his favorite hobbies includes watching sports and attending sporting events in person when possible.

Duane Soper - Executive Vice President
Duane has served Wells Bank since January, 2016 managing the Construction Lending as well as assisting customers in all of their banking needs. Prior to working with Wells Bank Duane was the Platte County 2nd District Commissioner from 2013 to 2016. Duane previously owned Golden Key Construction where he built custom homes for over 40 years. Some of Duane's favorite hobbies include: spending time with his family, reading, entertaining and cooking for his family & friends as well as traveling in the Motorhome with his wife Val.
Joe Carroll - Senior Vice President
Joe has been in banking for 37 years and with Wells Bank for almost 12 years. He graduated Northwest Missouri State University with a degree in Ag Business and is an avid sports fan. He also enjoys spending time with his wife of 30 years, Roberta and is a proud father of two wonderful girls Samantha and Stephanie. Joe is also an active member of the Parkville Chamber and Treasurer on the Board for the Parkville Rotary Club.

Eric has been in banking for 12 years and with Wells Bank since 2013. Eric has worked at our Maryville location since 2016 and currently serves as the branch manager. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, golfing and playing basketball. He considers himself "just a farm kid from Conception Junction" and enjoys helping friends, family and the community with their loan needs in the Maryville area.
Jeff Farlow - Senior Vice President
Jeff has worked in lending for 38 years and in residential mortgage lending for over 25. Jeff has a passion for helping his customers become homeowners whether it be their first time or a repeat homeowner.
