Connections Bank is seeking a Part-time Teller to join our dynamic team! This person will be responsible for helping customers by processing transactions and assisting with customer service inquiries. This position includes a weekly part-time schedule with a Saturday morning rotation.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process transactions for customers (deposit, withdrawals, loan payments, etc.)
• Daily balancing of cash drawer and vault.
• Document and update customer records based on compliance regulations.
• Respond to customer needs and inquiries in a polite and friendly manner.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
• Cross-sell bank products & services when a need is identified.

Basic Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous work experience in banking industry or other related fields
• Proficient in computer skills and keyboarding
• Detail Oriented
• Strong math and cash handling skills
• Positive and professional demeanor

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Critical thinking/problem solving
• Ability to build rapport with customers
